01 -- Define the product
A clear brief protects every later decision.
A product direction becomes actionable when the category, target cost, materials, colors, sizes, usage, branding, packaging, compliance inputs and approval participants are recorded before development begins.

02 -- The control path
One commercial partner. Defined handoffs.
Mocario coordinates the customer and the cooperating factory while keeping product information, decisions and exceptions visible.
Direction becomes a physical reference.
After the brief and factory assessment, the customer pays the sampling fee and shipping. The factory develops the sample; Mocario checks the physical result before it moves forward.
Pricing follows the developed product.
The first formal quotation is prepared after the development sample is complete and the factory can calculate the actual product requirements.
Approved details become the production reference.
The formal sample, materials, colors, construction, sizes, branding, packaging, testing and inspection requirements are confirmed in writing before the PO proceeds.
Approval discipline
The sample is not the finish line. It is the reference point.
03 -- Production readiness
PPS before bulk commitment.
Once the PO is confirmed, the PI is signed back by email and the agreed initial payment is received, the factory prepares a PPS using the intended bulk materials. Bulk material purchasing and production begin only after written PPS approval.
PPS review
Mocario checks the physical PPS and submits the relevant information for written approval.
Progress visibility
The factory provides progress updates, with exceptions escalated when a decision is required.
Inspection gate
Mocario performs a pre-shipment random inspection. Customer-requested third-party inspection can also be arranged with the cost borne by the customer.
04 -- Supporting resources
Build the brief with the right questions.
Packaging, testing, PPS and inspection requirements should be identified early enough to protect approvals and launch planning.
