01 -- Build the commercial brief
Decisions become easier when the product is defined together.
A practical development brief brings the range, target cost, materials, colors, size plan, packaging, compliance inputs and approval responsibilities into one working conversation.

Target cost, expected quantity, color × size mix and intended launch window.

Reference images start the conversation. Frozen specifications control the order.
02 -- Develop, approve, release
One accountable path across many approvals.
Mocario is the single commercial contact. The factory develops and produces; the customer confirms the product and commercial conditions.
Paid sample
After qualification and requirement collection, the factory evaluates development feasibility. Sampling is paid and not refundable or creditable.
Formal quote
The first formal quotation follows completion of the development sample and factory costing based on the actual product.
PPS gate
After PO, PI confirmation and the required first payment, a pre-production sample is made. Bulk purchasing and production wait for written PPS approval.

Mocario follows production progress, performs a pre-shipment random inspection and coordinates the FOB Ningbo release conditions.
