Mocario focuses strictly on classic moccasins, Venetian/loafers, scuffs, boot mocs including encore styles, and moccasin slippers for children. We do not manufacture driving moccasins, fashion dress shoes, formal outdoor shoes, or non-slipper footwear.

Our products are engineered primarily for home and indoor use. Select constructions can support light, short-distance outdoor wear only when supported by dedicated sole materials, technical construction, and prior laboratory testing.

No. Mocario operates strictly on a made-to-order B2B model for OEM, ODM, and Private Label programs. We do not offer retail, wholesale ready stock, or inventory liquidation.

We work with genuine leathers including cowhide, sheepskin, suede, and nubuck, as well as faux suede, textiles, knits, wool felt, faux plush, and shearling. All materials are evaluated and confirmed per project.

Private label branding is integrated via custom heat-embossed footbed logos, woven collar labels, hangtags, barcodes, and custom shoe boxes, strictly specified in your frozen tech pack.

No material is ever substituted unilaterally. If a confirmed leather or textile becomes unavailable, Mocario notifies the client with timeline and cost impacts for written approval and new PPS submission.

No. Reference photos only provide aesthetic direction. Commercial pricing is calculated after a physical development sample is completed, pattern yields are confirmed, and raw material consumption is measured.

Client target prices are used as technical benchmarks during feasibility review to assess whether a project is viable before paid sampling. We do not provide estimated price ranges.

All official quotes are issued in USD under FOB Ningbo terms, with a clearly stated expiration validity period based on raw material market fluctuations.

No. Sampling requires dedicated technician labor, custom last calibration, and low-volume material sourcing. Sampling fees and courier costs are pre-paid by the client and are non-refundable and non-deductible.

If a sample deviates from confirmed specifications, the supply chain modifies or remakes it at no additional cost. Client-initiated aesthetic or structural revisions are re-evaluated and quoted accordingly.

Sampling lead times are evaluated project-by-project depending on raw material availability, approved outsole component availability, and factory workshop load.

The PPS must use exact bulk batch materials including leather lot, foam density, and lining pile height. Bulk purchasing and line assembly cannot begin until the client signs off in writing.

Yes. Every new production order and identical reorder requires a fresh PPS to verify that current leather and lining batches match the frozen standard.

Mocario conducts hands-on physical verification before submitting comprehensive multi-angle photo and video records and physical samples for formal client sign-off.

There is no universal fixed MOQ. MOQ is calculated per project based on leather tannery minimums, approved outsole sourcing thresholds, colorways, and factory capacity.

New client orders require an initial deposit upon PI countersignature before PPS and bulk materials can proceed. Credit terms are evaluated exclusively for established partners.

Once confirmed, POs are frozen. Cancellations or alterations require client compensation for actual incurred material and workshop losses; deposits are applied against unrecoverable costs.

Every order freezes the complete BOM, raw material suppliers, color tolerance, leather thickness, lining pile height, size grade rules, heel contour, footbed foam density, and packaging specifications.

Fit is controlled through precise last grading, internal shoe length, ball girth, instep height, heel cup width, and calibrated lining compression measurements.

The partner factory conducts inline quality checks at cutting, stitching, lasting, and packaging, reporting bi-weekly manufacturing status milestones directly to Mocario.

Mocario staff conducts on-site random sampling at the factory prior to export release. Clients may appoint accredited third-party inspection agencies at their own expense.

Defects that can be corrected without impacting vessel cutoffs are repaired by the factory on-site and re-inspected prior to release.

Shipment release is halted. Mocario aggregates defect counts, severity metrics, and proposed solutions for client review and written decision.

Depending on scope, tests include outsole flex resistance, upper-to-sole bonding strength, dry and wet crocking colorfastness, foam compression deflection, and slip resistance.

Target market regulations such as US CPSIA, Prop 65, and EU REACH, together with client RSLs, must be confirmed before quoting so compliant materials are specified.

Client-mandated third-party laboratory testing is paid for by the client. Retesting caused by factory execution failures is borne by the supply chain.

Mocario operates strictly on FOB Ningbo terms in USD. We handle China export customs clearance, export declaration, and delivery onto the designated vessel.

The client or nominated freight forwarder is responsible for vessel booking, international freight, cargo insurance, import duties, and destination delivery.

Standard documentation includes the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. Special certificates must be confirmed before PO execution.

No. Consumer returns and retail warranty claims are handled by the brand or retailer. Mocario handles commercial claims exclusively with direct B2B contract partners.

Apparent shipping and packaging defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt, supported by photos or videos, carton lot numbers, and defective piece counts.

Mocario takes direct responsibility for verified factory issues through agreed solutions such as remake replenishment, commercial credit allowances, or refunds.

Before formal contract execution and deposit payment, Mocario discloses the factory city, technical capabilities, and equipment lists without revealing confidential identifiers.

Yes. Once an active manufacturing agreement is in place, Mocario coordinates scheduled facility visits, client QA audits, or recognized social compliance reviews.

Client-mandated third-party audit fees, compliance re-inspections, and custom retailer protocol assessments are covered by the client.
