Moccasin development / B2B workflow
From product direction to a controlled production brief.
Mocario organizes your reference, product requirements and commercial decisions before a paid sample is developed and formally approved.
01 -- Inputs
Three inputs make the direction discussable.
A useful starting point can be visual, physical or commercial. The more clearly the direction is described, the more efficiently materials, construction and risks can be reviewed.
Reference photo
Share images, sketches, product links or a comparable physical sample. These references establish the intended visual language, not an automatic quotation.
How it is organized →Product brief
Define product type, intended use, materials, construction, colors, sizes, logo, label and packaging direction.
Review materials →Commercial parameters
Provide target market, expected quantity, timing preference, testing or inspection requirements and documentation needs.
Send an inquiry →02 -- Requirement organization
A brief that can be checked, revised and frozen.
Mocario consolidates the product direction into a working development brief. It separates confirmed requirements from open decisions and records the points that need factory evaluation.
Product definition
Type, use scenario, sizes, colors, logo, label and packaging.
Technical definition
Upper, lining, footbed, outsole and construction details.
Commercial definition
Quantity, MOQ evaluation, payment, FOB Ningbo and timing dependencies.
Control definition
Approval sample, frozen specifications, testing, inspection and defect standards.
03 -- Materials and construction
Recommendations are tied to use, feel and production risk.
The factory reviews the requested direction and proposes workable material and structural options. The final choice remains subject to sample review, commercial confirmation and written approval.
04 -- Risk, cost and sampling
Decisions become more precise as the sample becomes real.
Technical risk assessment
Risks may involve fit, lining thickness, footbed space, outsole grip, bonding, wear, colorfastness, material variation or production consistency. Testing and inspection requirements are confirmed for the project rather than assumed.
Actual cost review
After the development sample is completed, the factory can assess the actual material, construction and labor inputs. Quantity, color, packaging and material conditions influence the final calculation.
Mocario's final quotation
Mocario issues the first formal quotation after the development sample is complete and the factory has reviewed the real product. The quotation states the applicable commercial conditions and validity; it is not generated from a reference image alone.
Paid sampling
Sampling starts after the customer prepays the non-refundable sample fee and covers courier arrangements separately.
Revisions
Supplier execution errors against confirmed requirements are corrected by the supply side. Customer changes are reassessed and may require additional charges.
Formal approval
A written approval freezes the sample, materials, color, construction, sizes, branding, packaging and agreed control requirements before the next commercial step.
