Pre-shipment inspection
Release is earned
Mocario coordinates the final quality-control and release process so approved products, documented decisions and shipment conditions remain aligned before goods leave the supply side.
01 -- Control at the source
A final review grounded in the approved order.
The release review is measured against the formal confirmation sample, frozen product information, purchase order, agreed defect classification and AQL requirements where they have been defined.
Mocario on-site random inspection
Before shipment, a Mocario employee visits the factory to conduct a random inspection of the order. The review provides an independent release check alongside the factory's internal quality-control work.
Customer-appointed inspection
If required, the customer may appoint a third-party inspection provider. The applicable inspection scope, standard and cost must be confirmed before the order is placed.
Evidence before release
Findings are reviewed against the order documentation. Where an issue affects release, the quantity, proportion and practical impact are recorded before a decision is requested.
02 -- Issue handling
Repair what can be repaired.
Escalate what cannot.
Not every finding requires a shipment stop. The response follows the nature, scale and commercial impact of the issue.
Repairable
A minor issue that can be corrected quickly, without affecting the agreed shipment timing, is repaired by the factory and checked again.
Escalated
A non-repairable issue, a high defect rate or a problem that may affect sales is not released without a documented review.
Decided
Mocario reports the facts and presents multiple practical options. The customer makes the written decision before the shipment is released.
03 -- Escalation record
Facts first. Options clearly stated.
When a shipment cannot be released automatically, the customer receives the information needed to make a considered commercial decision.
Quantify the finding
The affected quantity, observed proportion and relevant order or batch information are recorded. The impact on use, appearance or sales is described without overstating the conclusion.
Present multiple options
Depending on the facts, possible solutions may include corrective work, replacement, a commercial adjustment, a refund or another written arrangement.
Wait for written direction
Mocario does not release a materially affected shipment until the customer has reviewed the information and confirmed the chosen direction in writing.
04 -- Shipment release
Every required condition must be ready.
Shipment release is checked against the specific order requirements. There is no universal testing, inspection or delivery promise outside the conditions agreed for that order.
- Mocario's pre-shipment random inspection has been completed and reviewed.
- Any agreed testing or customer-appointed inspection has been completed.
- Any major issue has a written customer decision.
