01 — Inspection basis
Inspect against what was approved.
The final review uses the applicable product and order references. It does not introduce a new standard at the end of production.
Approved PPS
Provides the current physical reference for materials, construction, measurements, branding and packaging.
Frozen information
Confirms the applicable specifications, colors, labels, packing method and customer-specific requirements.
PO requirements
Connects product quantities, size and color breakdowns, packaging and delivery conditions to the order.
Inspection criteria
Customer-specified defect classification and AQL take priority. If none are provided, Mocario applies the default AQL: Critical 0, Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0.
02 — Inspection route
A final independent check at the production source.
The factory's internal quality control remains responsible for production execution. The pre-shipment inspection provides an additional release review.
Mocario random inspection
A Mocario employee visits the partner factory before shipment and checks randomly selected finished goods against the applicable references.
Third-party inspection
When requested by the customer, Mocario coordinates a third-party inspection. Scope, standard and timing are confirmed for the order; the cost is borne by the customer.
Evidence and escalation
Findings affecting release are recorded by quantity, observed proportion, product location and practical impact before a decision is requested.
03 — What is checked
Review the product, the order and the handover.
The exact inspection scope remains order-specific. The following areas form the practical review framework.
Product consistency
Shape, left-right match, upper stitching, materials, color and visible workmanship.
Measurements
Applicable dimensions, size identification, outsole alignment and other defined control points.
Order quantity
Carton count, product assortment, sizes, colors and quantity information available for verification.
Packing condition
Labels, pair packing, inserts, cartons, carton marks and presentation requirements defined for the order.
04 — Issue handling
Repair what can be corrected. Escalate what affects release.
The response depends on the type, frequency and commercial impact of the finding. Not every issue requires the same action.
The factory corrects a minor issue that can be resolved without affecting the agreed release conditions, followed by rechecking.
A non-repairable issue, high observed defect rate or sales-relevant problem is reported with affected quantity or proportion, risk and solution options before release.
Mocario reports the facts and practical options. The customer confirms the chosen commercial direction in writing.
05 — Shipment release
Release follows the agreed order conditions.
There is no universal test, inspection or shipment promise outside the requirements confirmed for the specific order.
