A clear route from direction to decision.
The purpose of the first conversation is not to force an early price. It is to define what needs to be made, what must be checked and what information is still missing.
The factory evaluates before Mocario quotes.
After the direction is sufficiently defined, the partner factory assesses the proposed material and construction, manufacturability, technical risks and cost. Mocario then reviews the development information and issues the final quotation based on the assessed product.

Mocario develops indoor moccasin slippers and related indoor footwear directions. Existing styles are development starting points, not stock products. MOQ, price and timing are assessed project by project.

A reference image is a beginning, not a complete specification. The more clearly the brief describes fit, materials, use and delivery needs, the more efficiently the development route can be evaluated.

Leather, suede, nubuck, textile, faux suede, knit, felt or faux fur directions, with desired hand feel and appearance.

Comfort, support, thickness, flexibility, grip and indoor or short-distance outdoor use requirements.

03 -- Sampling discipline
The sample is where assumptions become visible.
Development samples are made by the partner factory after the development conditions are assessed. Sampling fees and sample courier costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable or non-creditable.
Develop
The factory turns the agreed direction into a physical development sample.
Check
Mocario coordinates the process and performs an initial physical check before submission.
Confirm
Customer changes are reviewed again; supplier execution deviations are handled separately from customer-requested changes.
