01 — Packaging scope
Packaging is part of the approved product system.
A packaging brief must connect brand artwork with product protection, labeling, carton configuration and destination requirements. A logo file alone is not a production-ready packaging instruction.
Pair protection
Tissue, bags, inserts and other approved components that protect and present each pair.
Retail identification
Approved logo files, labels, stickers, barcodes, placement, dimensions and color references.

02 — Development brief
Define packaging before requesting a proof.
A clear packaging brief exposes missing artwork, size, material and labeling decisions before physical proof preparation.

Identify the approved product, size range, destination market and customer packaging protocol.

Define pair protection, inserts, box or bag format, material, dimensions and closure method.
Packing configuration
Confirm pairs per carton, size and color assortment, carton dimensions and protection requirements.

Supply editable source artwork and placement instructions for labels, packaging, stickers, barcodes and carton marks.

03 — Brand and packaging control
Carry approved artwork into physical execution.
Every application needs a source file, position, size, color, method and approved sample reference. Artwork is not treated as interchangeable once the product is confirmed.
On-product branding
Woven labels, printed marks, embossed applications, sock labels and outsole marks are reviewed against the material and construction.
Retail presentation
Inner packaging, pair protection, inserts, box artwork and retail labels are defined as part of the finished product system.
Shipping identification
Carton dimensions, assortments, shipping marks and barcode information follow the confirmed order and destination requirements.
Revision control
Revised artwork receives a clear version reference. Affected samples or packaging proofs must be reconfirmed before use.
04 — Development and approval
Move forward through confirmed references.
Each approval closes a specific decision. A later change to materials, fit, construction, artwork or packaging reopens the affected reference.
Brief qualification
Mocario reviews the buyer, product direction, market, expected quantity, timeline and feasibility questions with the partner factory.

After the agreed sample charge is confirmed, the partner factory develops the physical sample. Sample fees and courier arrangements follow the agreed project terms.

The customer confirms shape, fit, materials, construction, visible details and the applicable supporting information before order preparation.

Following the correct PO, PI confirmation and initial payment, the factory prepares a PPS with intended bulk materials and final production documents.

Bulk material purchasing and production proceed only after written approval of the PPS and its frozen references.

The partner factory manufactures the order. Mocario coordinates progress and performs a random pre-shipment inspection against the applicable approved references.
