Private-label execution includes more than the footwear itself. Brand assets and packaging requirements are recorded, checked and carried through the confirmed product documentation.

03 -- Approval sequence

Three confirmation moments.

The product is not released by assumption. Each stage has a defined approval point before the next commitment.

01 Formal sample

Confirm the product.

After the development sample is completed, the customer confirms the formal sample and the related product direction before the specifications are frozen.

02 PPS approval

Confirm production readiness.

After the correct PO, PI confirmation and initial payment conditions, the factory prepares a PPS using the intended production materials. Customer written approval is required before bulk purchasing and production.

03 Pre-shipment

Confirm release conditions.

Mocario conducts a random inspection before shipment. Agreed testing or third-party inspection is completed when required by the confirmed order conditions, and major issues require a written customer decision before release.

04 -- Working documentation

One reference for the next decision.

The confirmed product record brings together the BOM, material specifications, colors, construction, sizing, branding, packaging, testing and inspection requirements. Artwork revisions are identified by source file and version so that the approved direction remains clear.
