Photographs and concept sketches do not yield fixed binding prices. All initial formal quotations are calculated by the factory based on real physical sample development and frozen BOM components.

Assessment of upper and lining materials, footbed density, outsole tooling requirements, and initial project MOQ criteria.

Paid Development Sampling

Physical prototype development, fit trial verification, and hands-on material check prior to price finalization.

Formal Quotation & Commercial Freeze

First formal quotation based on physical prototype, BOM specifications freeze, and final PO/PI commercial alignment.
