Soft structure, clear identity
Apron construction, handfeel, lining, footbed and outsole are balanced for Indoor-Only Use or Indoor / Light Outdoor Use, subject to the approved construction.
02 / Venetian / Loafer
A cleaner indoor line
A restrained upper, easy entry and a controlled relationship between topline, vamp, footbed and outsole.
03 / Scuff

Open-heel proportions, lining compression, footbed support and outsole balance shape everyday indoor comfort.

02 — Material and comfort structure
Build comfort through material decisions.
Upper material, lining, footbed, outsole and construction details change the internal volume, handfeel, support, warmth and durability of a slipper. Each choice should be reviewed as part of the whole product.

Smooth Cow Leather, Cow Suede, Sheep Suede, Shearling, Faux Suede, Knit Fabric or Felt can each set a different product expectation.
Lining
Genuine Shearling, Genuine Wool, Faux Shearling, Faux Fur, Fleece, Cotton Flannel, Plaid Polyester, Cotton Fabric or Polyester Fabric lining can alter warmth, compression and available space.
Footbed
Footbed cover and cushioning options are reviewed for thickness, support, compression and their effect on fit with the selected lining.
Outsole
Molded TPR, Molded Vulcanized Rubber or Smooth Leather outsole options are evaluated for profile, flexibility, grip, bonding and intended use.
03 — The information gap
Turn reference images into specifications.
Before development, the brief may still need a defined material, construction, size range, target use, logo, label, packaging, market and testing expectation. Clarifying these points reduces avoidable sample rounds and makes later decisions comparable.
