Mocario is the customer's single commercial and operational contact. We coordinate formal quotation, sample information, frozen product records, random pre-shipment inspection and FOB Ningbo export handoff.

Non-Circumvention Rule
Clients interact exclusively with Mocario; our factory communicates exclusively through Mocario. Direct commercial bypass, unauthorized contact, or side transactions are strictly precluded by formal agreement.
02 -- Disclosure Protocol
Controlled Disclosure & Intellectual Property
To balance enterprise security with transparent due diligence, Mocario maintains a two-phase disclosure framework for facility details, technical capabilities, and proprietary brand designs.
Before the first confirmed order and agreed initial payment, Mocario may provide the factory city, available certifications and relevant capability information. The factory identity, full address and direct contact details remain confidential.
After the first order and agreed initial payment, factory audits, visits, third-party inspection appointments and production reviews may be coordinated by Mocario. Customer communication continues through Mocario, and the factory continues to report through Mocario.
Client-provided logos, approved upper embossments, packaging artwork and proprietary product specifications remain confidential and are used only for the agreed project scope.
03 -- Verification & Audits
Facility Audits & Inspections
We welcome authorized client delegations and accredited third-party auditing firms once formal commercial terms are activated.
On-Site Visits & Third-Party Audits
Clients with active orders may schedule facility walk-throughs, technical capability reviews, or appoint recognized inspection institutions (e.g., SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, QIMA).
Pre-Shipment Random Inspection
Independent of third-party checks, Mocario inspectors perform mandatory on-site random sampling before any bulk consignment is released for Ningbo port transport.
04 -- Workflow Gates
Unskippable Milestones
Order predictability relies on disciplined stage-gate execution. We do not skip gates or bypass technical confirmations.
Identity Verification
Buyer corporate identity, active channels, and program specifications verified before sampling.
Sample-First Costing
Formal quotation issued only after physical development sample is crafted and material usage calculated.
Mandatory PPS Sign-Off
Bulk material purchasing and production begin only after the client formally approves the Pre-Production Sample in writing.
FOB Ningbo Release
Goods released only upon Mocario QC pass, agreed testing clearance, and receipt of required contract payment.
