01 -- Controlled development
A clear route from brief to production.
We turn a reference image, physical sample or product concept into a controlled development process with defined approvals and documented decisions.
Development discipline
Every approval has a reference.
Product, material, size, logo, packaging, testing and inspection requirements are confirmed before the order moves forward.
Qualify first
We verify the business, product scope, sales channel, project direction, expected quantity and timing before formal development.
Develop in sequence
A paid development sample is made before the first formal quotation. Customer changes and supplier deviations are handled separately.
Freeze before production
A confirmed sample, frozen specifications, PO, PI and initial payment conditions are required before PPS development. Bulk purchasing and production do not begin before PPS approval.
02 -- Product scope
Indoor comfort, carefully defined.
Our scope covers moccasin slipper families for home and indoor use, with selected structures able to support short-distance outdoor use when materials, outsoles and testing support it.

Materials under discussion
Depending on the brief, materials may include cow leather, lambskin, suede, nubuck, faux suede, textile, knit, felt and faux fur. Availability, specifications, performance and cost are evaluated for each project.
03 -- One controlled channel
The factory works through Mocario.
Mocario has no own factory and does not make samples directly. Our single partner factory performs development, material purchasing and production. Mocario manages the commercial relationship, project information, approvals, progress checks, inspection coordination and final FOB export delivery.
Customers communicate with Mocario. The factory communicates with Mocario. This structure keeps decisions, specifications and accountability in one controlled channel.
Before formal cooperation
We may disclose the factory's city, verifiable certifications where applicable and relevant capabilities. We do not disclose the factory name, address, contact person or other identifiable contact information.
After order and payment
Once the customer has placed an order and payment conditions are fulfilled, Mocario can arrange a factory visit or audit when requested. Additional audit and third-party costs are borne by the customer.
Always one accountable partner
Contracts, quotations, PI, payment, commercial invoice, export declaration, quality exceptions and B2B claims remain managed through Mocario.
04 -- Control points
Designed to reduce late surprises.
A sample is only the beginning. Repeatable delivery depends on what is frozen, checked and escalated before shipment.
Specification
Freeze the product
BOM, materials, color, thickness or weight, lining, structure, size chart, grading, logo, label, packaging, testing and tolerances are confirmed before production.
PPS gate
Approve before scale
After the PO, PI confirmation and initial payment conditions, the factory prepares a PPS using the intended bulk materials. Bulk purchasing and production wait for written PPS approval.
Shipment release
Check before FOB
Mocario performs a pre-shipment random inspection. Agreed testing or third-party inspection, customer decisions on major issues, payment and valid booking must be complete before release.
05 -- Start with a brief
Bring the reference.
