Quality is controlled
Mocario coordinates production quality through approved references, frozen specifications, process inspection, testing decisions, pre-shipment sampling and documented escalation.
01 -- The control basis
One order. One clear reference.
Quality decisions are made against the product and commercial documents agreed for the project, not against assumptions made after production.
Inspection foundation
Q·01The approved product is the benchmark.
The working basis is the formally approved sample, the frozen technical and commercial information, the purchase order, the customer's defect classification and the project AQL where one has been agreed.
Read inspection principlesApproved sample
The physical reference for appearance, construction, fit and workmanship.
Frozen information
Materials, colors, structure, sizing, logo, labels, packaging and agreed tolerances must be documented.
PO and project AQL
The purchase order and any agreed project AQL define the commercial and sampling conditions for release.
02 -- Layered responsibility
Inspect the process.
Verify the result.
The factory performs production-process quality control. Mocario coordinates the order and conducts a random inspection at the factory before each shipment.
Production control
The factory manages internal quality checks throughout material preparation, assembly, finishing and production.
Pre-shipment sampling
Before each order ships, Mocario visits the factory to conduct a random inspection and review the release conditions.
Testing by requirement
Testing, third-party inspection and market requirements are confirmed for each project rather than assumed as universal.
Review testing principles03 -- Testing and release
Performance questions belong early.
Depending on the intended use and customer requirements, a project may need confirmation of slip resistance, flexing, bonding, abrasion, color fastness, accessory security, foam compression, water resistance, packaging or other applicable requirements.
The applicable scope, method and responsibility are confirmed before production release. A test request is not presented as a test result.
View testing guidance04 -- Defect escalation
Evidence first. Decisions in writing.
A visible issue is assessed against the agreed reference, recorded with evidence and escalated according to its effect on repairability, shipment and saleability.
Claims record
A claim needs a usable record.
Please provide photos or video, affected quantity, order or batch information and a description of the issue.
Review B2B claims principlesRepairable and contained
Issues that can be corrected quickly without affecting the shipping plan may be repaired, checked again and recorded.
Material or process deviation
Unapproved material substitutions, repeated workmanship variation or a mismatch with frozen information require investigation and corrective action.
Major or release-blocking issue
If a problem cannot be repaired, appears at a high rate or may affect saleability, shipment is not released until the quantity, impact and available options are documented and the customer decides in writing.
A controlled partnership
Clear references.
For a new project, begin with the product direction, intended market, quality requirements and timing. Mocario will coordinate the next practical step with the production partner.
