Standard Engagement Terms

- 2. Sampling Policy: Paid prototype development required prior to formal commercial pricing. Sample fees are non-refundable and not credited to POs.
- 3. Quality Hold Point: Production commences only after written Pre-Production Sample (PPS) sign-off.
