Mocario and the customer confirm which testing is required, which specifications apply and what evidence is expected before a provider is coordinated.
Documentation
Prepare the record.
Required product details, instructions, sample information and agreed project requirements are organized so the result can be reviewed against the intended scope.
Customer-approved providers
Coordinate the agreed external review.
Where the customer requires an approved third-party provider, Mocario coordinates the agreed project information and sample preparation with providers such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or TÜV, subject to the customer's requirements and provider availability.
03 -- Review and control
Results become working requirements.
Reports and observations are reviewed against the agreed scope. A result is not treated as a general conclusion beyond the specific project, sample and requirements assessed.
Receive and organize
Testing or inspection records are collected with the related sample, scope and project information.
Review with the customer
Relevant findings are discussed with the customer against the agreed market and standards brief.
Decide the next action
Where an issue requires action, the parties determine whether clarification, correction, retesting or another written decision is appropriate.
