FOB delivery,
A controlled path from shipment readiness to export handover at Ningbo--so product, documents, payment, inspection and booking are aligned before cargo is released.
02 -- The delivery timeline
Every handover has a visible owner.
FOB Ningbo defines the export handover point. The sequence below shows what Mocario checks, what the customer arranges and where a decision is required.
Confirm what is ready to ship.
Before release, Mocario checks the applicable PO and PI, approved PPS status, shipment quantity, packaging, agreed testing or inspection requirements, payment status and booking information.
Owner: Mocario coordinates; the customer confirms the commercial and booking inputs.
Resolve the last visible risk.
Mocario performs its pre-shipment random inspection before release. If a problem is quickly repairable and does not affect the vessel schedule, the factory rectifies and rechecks it. A major issue, high defect rate or sales-impacting problem is held for the customer's written decision.
Review the claims processMocario handles the China-side handover.
Under the agreed USD FOB Ningbo arrangement, Mocario is responsible for export declaration and the shipment responsibilities up to loading at the agreed port handover. The customer or its nominated forwarder manages the international transport arrangement.
No EXW, CIF, DDP or door-to-door delivery is implied by this process.
Connect the nominated forwarder.
The customer or its designated freight forwarder is responsible for booking. Mocario coordinates the factory-side cargo information and works toward the agreed loading plan. Late booking, invalid booking or changes from the forwarder may create storage, handling or rebooking costs for the customer.
Align a booking planClose the file with the right documents.
The default shipment file includes the commercial invoice, packing list and applicable transport documents. A certificate of origin, testing report, inspection report or other special document must be agreed before the PO.
Document scope follows the confirmed PO and shipment requirements.
03 -- Responsibility at the edge
FOB is a control point, not a promise of door delivery.
Mocario manages the China-side export process and loading handover. The customer's side begins with booking, international transport, insurance, destination import and inland delivery.
04 -- When the line moves
Escalate with evidence. Decide in writing.
If an exception affects quality, release, timing or cost, Mocario records the issue and presents the available options. Customers should provide the order batch, affected quantity and clear photos or video when raising a claim.
Evidence protocol
Make the exception legible.
- 01Identify the order and batch.
- 02State the affected quantity and issue.
- 03Attach photos or video showing the condition.
Decision gate
No silent release.
Major quality issues, high defect rates or problems that may affect sales are not released without the customer's written decision. Possible remedies are discussed according to the facts of the order.
