02 -- Development process
A controlled path
from idea to shipment.
Every stage is managed by Mocario. Nothing is left to assumption.
Inquiry & qualification
Mocario confirms receipt within one working day, verifies the client's identity and checks the product against our scope. No quotation is given at this stage.
Brief & feasibility
Mocario collects images, materials, construction, footbed, outsole, sizing, packaging, market and compliance requirements. The factory evaluates technical risk and development conditions.
Paid sampling
The client pays a non-refundable, non-deductible sampling fee plus courier cost. The factory produces development samples; Mocario inspects them physically before sending.
Revision & confirmation
If the factory deviates from the confirmed brief, it corrects at its own cost. Client-driven changes are re-evaluated and charged separately.

03 -- Quality control
Approval before production. Inspection before shipment.
Every order follows the same discipline: freeze the specification, approve the PPS, then produce and inspect against the confirmed standard.
Frozen specification
Nothing moves without approval.
BOM, material suppliers, colors, thickness, structure, size chart, logo, labels, packaging and test requirements are frozen with the confirmed sample. No substitute material is used without written approval.
PPS gate
Pre-production sample first.
Before bulk purchasing and production, the factory makes a PPS with the actual production materials. Mocario inspects it physically, then submits it for written client approval. Every new order -- even a repeat -- gets a new PPS.
Inspection & escalation
Issues surface before shipping.
The factory runs internal QC and reports progress every two weeks. Mocario performs a random pre-shipment inspection. Major quality problems are escalated with data and options for a written client decision -- never shipped silently.

04 -- Factory policy
One factory. Full accountability.
Mocario works with a single partner factory. That factory handles material and construction advice, actual sampling, raw material purchasing and bulk production. Mocario does not transfer orders to unverified factories when capacity is tight -- it negotiates a realistic timeline or declines the order.
Before a new client places an order, Mocario discloses the factory's city, certifications and capabilities -- but not its name, address or contacts. After formal cooperation, a visit or audit can be arranged through Mocario.
